It rests on 5 hilly acres, with awesome vineyard, and sunset views over the rolling hills below. You can gaze for miles enjoying the entrancing views of the mountains to the easterly edge of the Santa Ynez Valley, to the hills far to the west. Imagine listening to your tunes; sipping local vino while relaxing/partying on the huge, 1,075 s.f. BALCONY....surrounded by J.P. Getty museum styled balusters. Complete with outside speakers; two tables, Weber Bar-B-Q; and the fire/convo "pit". You will actually enjoy the moon and stars in a fully private setting!

You may simply take the short drive into town and park in free, local lots (overnight, if desired), only to take either of Uber or a local taxi back here after having had too much fun!
Just 7 miles to the Chumash Casino; 7 miles to Los Olivos; 8 miles to the Famous Maverick Country Bar; 3 miles to the Hitching Post ll in Buellton;14 miles to the beach; 14 miles to Lake Cachuma; 4 miles to the movies; and zero miles to paradise!

That unit's walls are completely sound boarded and separate, as is the private, outside entrance. He gets a great deal and is very happy with this whole set-up too! Fun and joyful noise is welcomed! Over 150 groups have stayed at the Villa and there has never been a single complaint about him. The pricing of this wonderful Villa has been somewhat reduced to account for this. Past guests have lauded their sense of privacy and seclusion. You will have a strong sense of both as you enjoy the wonderful Villa and its surroundings. Gradito!!
