Nestled in the rolling hills of eastern San Diego. A rare sprawling ranch nestled on 1.5 acres with an orchard full of oranges, lemons, pomelos and pomegranates. Recently remodeled with all high end appliances and a dream kitchen. All bathrooms feature bidets. This space is perfect for large family gatherings, private events or weddings. Endless parking and separate spaces for adults and children to feel at home. *Please note that a small side yard is still under remodel and cannot be accessed.*
You will have access to the entire property. We do have an ADU ( additional dwelling unit) attached to the side of our garage where we host other guest. They have their own private entrance and are completely detached from the main house and do not have access to the yard and pool area.
