The home also has HBO, high speed internet access, an updated kitchen, and a washer and dryer. This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
Refundable Utility Deposit

The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
