There is a comfortable living room area with a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) a sofa love seat and a recliner where you can kick back and watch TV and socialize with all other guests in your party. We are huge baseball fans, so you will see our baseball decor from Little League, High School, College and Professional.
The house is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We are located minutes away from many downtown Phoenix attractions such as Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Team and Talking Stick Arena home of the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team .
We are also less than a mile away and walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center , The Arizona Science Center , The Phoenix Children’s Museum and many great restaurants.
