Cute, quiet and cozy 1 bedroom unit centrally located in the Carlsbad Village. Due to city restrictions, we are now only allowed 30 plus day rentals only. Full kitchen and bathroom and parking. AC added now for those warm summer days. Walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants and equally close to the beach. Fully furnished and includes beach cruisers, beach chairs & umbrella's.
Newly remodeled and restored. We live in the front house but you have your own parking and use of the rear cottage. Close to Amtrack Train Station.
