This single-story home enjoys a wonderfully convenient Palm Springs location, just two blocks north of East Palm Canyon Drive. You'll be incredibly close to the restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and museums of downtown Palm Springs, not to mention the scenic trails of Tahquitz Canyon (both are two miles). And no matter in which direction you head, you'll find world-class golf courses to test your skills.
The heart of this property is the garden patio out back, a lovely, private spot to retreat to at any time of day. Go for a morning swim, take an afternoon nap in the hammock, or light the gas grill for dinner in the warm desert breeze.
The interior is bright and spacious, with bold colors, patterns, and elements of design throughout. Prepare meals in the vibrant blue kitchen and sit down for dinner in the adjacent dining room - where you can either swing open the patio doors or flip on the two-sided gas fireplace. The other side of the fireplace keeps things cozy and comfortable in the living room as you gather to watch movies on TV. Central air, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer are on hand as well.
