The hillside position of this mid-century home gives it a commanding view of its surroundings, as well as fantastic access to all of La Jolla and San Diego County. You'll be less than a mile from La Jolla Shores Beach, and less than two miles from both Scripps Pier and the Village of La Jolla.

The property was designed for indoor-outdoor living, with glass doors and picture windows lining the rear wall of the house. It's a feature that allows you to take in the ocean view as you dine alfresco on the back deck and tell stories by the firepit at sunset.

The single-story interior features new carpeting, new furnishings, and an open floor plan that takes full advantage of the gorgeous setting. Whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, dining at the breakfast table or in the formal dining room, or streaming movies by the gas fireplace in the living room, you'll never lose sight of the ocean. There's even an ocean view game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and air hockey for your evening entertainment.

The bedrooms are located in their own wing of the house, with two providing access to the deck. Central air, complimentary WiFi, and a private laundry room are on hand as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
