Be our guest at our private 8.5 acre, Hi-desert creative retreat. You will have ultimate peace & quiet with stunning views from every room. The house is a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath open concept with indoor/outdoor showers, and a magnificent living/dining area making this a dream escape for friends, couples and families. Flanked by hundreds for acres of vacant/ BLM land you will find ample hiking all around the property. There is amazing desert wildlife that include road runners, quail, jackrabbits and coyotes. Enjoy a beverage by the fire pit or relax in the Aquavoss 4 person hot tub/ 2 person cold plunge. Stay up late stargazing or wake up early and catch one of many beautiful golden sunrises.
The House:

- Stunning Outdoor Space: Enjoy an expansive property with a propane fire pit, hot tub/ cold plunge and BBQ grill. There is no fencing on the property.

* Spacious & Comfortable: The house sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
* Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are welcome to join you and enjoy. Dogs only please due to owner allergies.

* Primary Bedroom: A tranquil space with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. SmartTV
* Bedroom 2: Features a cozy king-sized bed.
* Bedroom 3: Includes a comfortable full-sized sleeper sofa, SmartTV and work space.
* Additional Sleeping: An twin air mattress and/ or Pack n Play can be provided upon request.
* Bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods soaps, shampoos and conditioners.
Kitchen & Dining
* Fully Equipped: The modern kitchen has a complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and appliances, including a toaster oven, dishwasher, and blender. We do not have a microwave.
* Coffee Bar: Enjoy a selection of Nespresso pods.
Indoor Living
* Entertainment: Relax with your favorite movie or TV show on a Samsung Frame SmartTV or listen to some cool music with our record player. There is also a selection of books and games for you to enjoy.
Outdoor Space & Activities
* Heated Hot tub/ Cold plunge: Relax in the 4 person hot tub or chill in the 2 person cold plunge.
(Note: The hot tub sits at 102 degrees and the cold plunge at approximately 39 degrees)
* Stargazing: Hang out on the wrap around deck and take in the incredible views under the night sky.
* Relaxation: Stretch out and unwind by the propane fire pit and soak up the beauty of the desert with a nice beverage.

* Connectivity: Enjoy high-speed satellite internet throughout the home.
* Climate Control: The house has WiFi, heating, and air conditioning in every space for your comfort.
* Parking: There is ample parking available for you and your guests.
* Security: For compliance with local ordinances and due to the remoteness of the property security cameras are mounted on the exterior of the house and carport. There is also a smoke and noise monitor installed inside the house.

You will have the entire house and property to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
The Desert Glass House sits on 8.5 acres at the end of a long dirt road surrounded by vacant land with abundant hiking available all around. The property is flanked by only two neighboring houses.
The main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center is about 9 minutes away.
The Desert Glass House is mere minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Pappy and Harriet's is a 19-minute drive, and Palm Springs is 45 minutes away.
No glass can be around the hot tub and cold plunge, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please be mindful of the quiet hours. Sound travels in the desert. (please no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub and cold plunge. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SOAK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $150. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. Dog bowls and beds are provided. Please no other types of animals are authorized.

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
• CAMERA: This home has a security cameras mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home for guest security and so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
