Master bedroom has its own T.V, ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the two guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo.The media center in the great room has a 42' high definition TV with cable , Blu Ray DVD for maximum enjoyment. Air conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Plantation shutters in all 'non view' rooms, custom draperies in living and dining rooms, and sunscreens to cut the heat. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking , storing golf clubs and such.
