These Comfort Stations provide hot water access, showers, and bathrooms and should be used if any of the above takes place. We do our absolute best to prepare the home for you in winter weather, but some things are just out of our control this time of year. Therefore we will not be able to offer any refunds if the above occurs. Please expect to have a "step above camping" experience, and enjoy your stay at our home 😊
