A cozy studio unit in a quaint neighborhood that has plenty of street parking. Close to the Bay Area Rapid Transit to San Francisco. A safe area in a peaceful neighborhood. Also a quick drive to the South Bay areas such Fremont, San Jose, Sunnyvale and Oakland. The weather is very nice all year around, in the spring and summer it is 70 degrees to 80 degrees, very little fog and a lot of sunshine. There's a nice backyard to hang out and relax. The studio has a queen bed with an Armoire, towels are provided. There is internet and you can stream movies also. There is a spacious bathroom with a wide pedestal and a shower with a nice overhead.
