It is a new house located in the cul-de-sac, very quiet with a beautiful view. Whole house water filter. Easy and free street parking. Near UCR, downtown Riverside, and 91, 215, 60 freeways. No kitchen access. No TV is provided.

Since this is a residential house, the wall in the room is not soundproofed, unlike in the hotel environment. You may hear talking from next room, so we ask every guest to do his/her best to lower the voice and keep quiet. The house is close to the mountain which provides shelter to all kinds of wildlife. While I do check the space thoroughly, it is possible a bug may enter. If this happens, please let me know, and I will humanely remove it as soon as possible.
