Relax and make yourself at home in a charming bungalow situated in a quiet, natural and tree-filled setting close to all the action of downtown Gainesville, the Historic Pleasant Street District. Enjoy the open floor plan with a rustic full kitchen designed by a local artist. We offer guests two bedrooms with a queen and bunk bed (singles), and a full bathroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Guests will love the quiet, nature park-like setting so close to UF, shopping and dining around town!
Our home offers guests two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two singles. Our bathroom has a combination tub/shower combo. The kitchen has everything needed to whip up a great meal for the family, and the open floor concept keeps you involved in the action happening in the living room as well. Watch the local Gators play while you hang with the family in the living room and make sure to check out the back decking for some fresh air and to relax on the patio furniture while you catch a beautiful FL sunset.
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay including off-street parking. There is a studio apartment in the back of the home that is off-limits to guests and renters at this time.
Please use the gravel driveway to park. Guests may also park on the street.
