Only steps from Mission Bay, 500 yards to the Ocean, and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and Catamaran Spa, this cottage is the best of both worlds - easy access to the excitement and energy of the beach, yet near the bay for a calm respite to refresh the soul. This original beach house is nestled among others, still in use by full-time residents. As a result this property is best suited for a those seeking a quiet interlude within an active Mission Beach area.
Inviting and comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and large-screen TV. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen provides informal seating. Gate-leg table allows more formal dining when expanded in living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, desk, and private bathroom with shower.
