Upgraded, refurbished and fully equipped guest casita of architecturally significant South Palm Desert estate, Your private yard is 100 X 50 (5,000 square feet!!!). NO CLEANING FEES!!

The porch includes a kitchen with BBQ, cushy seating area, dining area, and even a high-top table with bar stools. Note that there is NO INDOOR STOVE, but CozyCasita has a microwave, full size fridge, provisioned Krueig coffee maker, and exclusive access to a back porch BBQ, electric oven/toaster, electric griddle, cutting boards, bowls, and outdoor sink.
For the birds! We have 15 bird and hummingbird feeders. Recent visitors: Yellow Finch, House Finch, Costa's Hummingbird, Anna's Hummingbird, White-Crowned Sparrow, Mourning Dove, Eurasian Collared Dove, Roadrunner, White-crowned Sparrow, California Gnatcatcher and many more!
In the highly unlikely event of inclement weather, enjoy the wall-mounted High Definition Flat Screen TV with Spectrum Cable. You have exclusive use of a house phone with unlimited calling in the US and Canada (upon request).
Steve is a master desert naturalist, interpretive guide and docent at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Ask him about local hikes and the amazing adaptations of desert plants and animals. We supply day packs.
