It is supplied with all the amenities for a great winter stay! The park has pool, hot tub, new dog park, pickleball court, and covered patios with new grills. The clubhouse is now being newly remodeled. Lots of daily activities for all winter fun. it's a smaller park with friendly neighbors. The place is close to shopping, Flying Dutchman Museum, lake and easy access to the 202 for all the valley adventures. There's outdoor sitting for quiet nights! It offers more than a hotel could ever offer! The place is modern, convenient and a relaxing for even entertaining guests! We are dog friendly!! Come stay in your winter get away!oh and BRAND NEW UPGRADED 20 gallon water heater and BRAND NEW WASHER!! I took reviews seriously😊
