There is outside space in front of the room that guests can enjoy. The area includes a bench a table, a funky little propane bbq and a garden area. The room has a coffee / tea bar with a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster oven and some basic cook ware. But guest are also welcome to use the house kitchen for sink access and to use the stove/oven if guest wish to do more elaborate cooking. This located 2 min, from the freeway. 15 min. to Ojai, less than 10 to beaches and down town Ventura. 2 minutes from swimming holes on the Ventura River. We are a few minutes out of town so it is quite with easy street parking and country dark at night.
