This 1500sqft, 3 BR & 1.75 BA home sleeps 8 (9 if child/top bunk), is centrally located in Bay Ho, San Diego. 10-20 min to Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, Airport , Gaslamp, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park!
Security cameras (Ring Cam) on the front of the house and in the back yard that record 24/7 for everyone's safety and for the monitoring of the home when it is unoccupied.
We ask that all of our guests remember that our neighbors live here full time. The only way for Short Term Vacation Rentals (STVR) to succeed and work in a community is by ensuring that all neighbors are happy and not disturbed.
-No loud music, yelling or loud noise after 9:00PM (especially outdoors)
-Close your windows and doors if your noise level is above "normal" inside the house after 10:00PM.
-Be mindful when leaving Uber/Lyft late at night. Be mindful of your noise level until you get inside the house
-San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502: It shall be unlawful for any person to make any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noise which causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitiveness residing in the area between 10pm-8am.
-From 10pm – 8am all activity needs to be moved inside.
-Police responding to noise complaints can issue citations of up to $1,000 per guest for violations of the Municipal Code Noise Regulations.
-Violations will result in an eviction and cancellation of rental contract without refund or re-entry.
-The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
-E-sign rental agreement completed by guest in order to finalize booking.
-No smoking indoors or on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 smoking fee.
-No open flame candles of any kind in or outside of the property.
-No confetti or glitter of any kind, indoors or outdoor (especially near the pool)
-No illegal activities are permitted on the property and any violations will result in an eviction and cancellation of rental contract without refund or re-entry.
-No wearing shoes in house.
-This booking is for private use of the home and property for the number of guests set at the time of booking. No parties or events.
-Homeowner Access - Perform landscape or pool maintenance. Homeowners will provide guests with advanced notice.
-Do not move any furniture from its original location inside the house.
-Please don’t take any bath or pool towels with you to the beach. We have provided beach towels just for that.
-Pool, Spa and additional rules and obligations will be listed in the rental contract.
-Any excessive cleaning after your departure will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee
