We are located centrally to every desirable location. We are minutes
away from the Coachella Polo Grounds: where the famous Coachella fest and Stagecoach concerts are held. Near by the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Then a hop and a skip away from the soon to be Hockey arena. You won't be disappointed in this amazing home & location!!
The space
This newly remodeled home has everything you need for your Coachella getaway. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Every room has a smart tv along with cell phone charging ports located on each side of the bed. Bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo for your stay. Kitchen is also fully stocked & with every cooking instrument needed.
We have a spacious outdoor cooking BBQ island with plenty of seating. A pool that's perfect for summer and winter nights we have our fire pit that's perfect for s'mores.Home also offers a nice bar/pool table room with ping pong. 2 mini refrigerators located inside (bar/game room) along with many bar essentials and comfy seating.

10x15 pool with a 7 foot tanning shelf. *Please read: the pool can not be heated. *
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

Connected with and associated with the pool.

Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and
Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right
To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person
to comply with the Pool rules.
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,
Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of
the Landlord;
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.
I have read and fully understand the above important
information, the potential dangers incidental to using
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose
to use the Pool.
