There are two 55" SAMSUNG SMART TVS and Dish is provided with several channels. It sleeps six with a king and queen size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. There are three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the LR. You will see deer, javelinas and numerous hummingbirds flitting by. It is only 1.5 miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Prescott. This home is a treasure to enjoy.
