The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, plates, and wine glasses. We provide a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, and knives. A can opener, wine opener, toaster, blender, Instant Pot/Rice Cooker, drip coffee maker, filters, ground coffee, and tea are all included.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Private outdoor space with a propane fire pit, a big outdoor dining table, and yard games for you to enjoy! We also provide beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and a foam surfboard for your trips to the beach.
FAMILIES:
We know traveling with little ones can mean traveling with big equipment so we’ve taken some of the load! We offer kid-friendly plates and utensils, a high chair, and a pack-n-play travel crib with an attachable changing table. We’ve also partnered with BabyQuip - a baby gear rental company that will deliver equipment right to the home for your stay!
LAUNDRY:
The unit has its own free washer and dryer for your use.
PARTIES AND QUIET HOURS:
Parties and gatherings are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances out of respect for our neighbors and VRBO policy. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am and noise violations will be subject to immediate termination of stay.
