Kitchen has Viking stove and counter seating as well as expandable dining table. The primary bathroom has a large shower and a Toto bidet. Close to everything Santa Barbara offers - walk 2 blocks to the arts district and Public Market, and just one mile to the beach. The bike path takes you one mile to the beach and one mile to Cottage Hospital. Rental e-bike station is just around the corner from the house.
