Beautiful private home with fenced yard located in the gated Sun City Del Webb community of Palm Desert, California. Enjoy stunning mountain views and easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic oases. The secure community offers a peaceful lifestyle with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores just minutes away—easily reachable by bike or a short drive.
Open to discounted stays in exchange for pet sitting as well!
The space:
The house features a spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with a serene, private backyard perfect for relaxing. A comfortable guest bedroom will be available for the housesitter, complete with a queen bed, TV, dresser, and access to a hall closet for hanging clothes.
Bicycles are available for use, and I’m open to discussing use of my 2024 Kia SUV for a small additional fee.
Guest access:
The community has a beautiful golf course (paid) and community pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym, a fishing pond, putting green, and more. Guests will pre-arrange amenity access with me after booking.

This is my personal home that I rent while I travel. I generally board my pets, but if a guest is willing to pet sit my cat and/or small senior dog, I am open to negotiating a greatly discounted rate/exchange. Otherwise, there will be no animals on site (other than any you bring! This is a pet-friendly rental.)
Other things to note:
My home is in the 55 + aged community of Sun City and is best for mature singles or a couple.
Again, if a guest is interested in allowing my pets to stay on site during their stay, I am open to negotiating a lower rate/exchange and fully waived cleaning fee.
