This lovely studio is a perfect oasis, freshly and newly decorated. The place is ideal for those who like to leave the bustle of downtown to sleep in a quieter neighborhood.
The area is full of outstanding and unique restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also, Balboa Park is just a couple of mins away from us.

5 minutes ride to San Diego Zoo
15 mins ride to the beach
12 minutes ride to SeaWorld
The space
The abundance of pillows, towels, robes, reading nooks, desk space, and easily accessible outlets (that's got to be a perk!) coffee machine. It is located in the heart of Downtown and has easy access to all of San Diego. Centrally located next to Symphony towers, We work and Gaslamp district.
BATHROOM:
We remodeled the bathroom and spared no expense - Barn style glass frameless door with detachable hose & if you prefer reaching difficult places ), with beautiful fixtures, design, and decor.

We provide towels, washcloths, Davines Shampoo / Conditioner, toothpaste, Toilet Paper, and Feminine Products. (It's nice to know we have you covered.)
BEDROOM:

The mattress is super comfortable, queen size, and protected. Sheets are microfiber hypoallergenic and feel silky on one side and matte on the other.
Plenty of blankets are provided (extra in the closet, though San Diego does not get very cold, and we have AC/Heating!). There are a lot of pillows, including a body pillow, to maximize your comfort.
There are heavy curtains to draw to sleep comfortably through the morning.

A swivel-mounted TV is above. Enjoy a refreshing beverage from your mini-fridge (located in a closet - a closet that has wooden hangers) while cozying up to a good book.

• Sending packages at my address is strictly prohibited!
• Pets are allowed, the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is 2 pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
• The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered) and better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
• No smoking of any kind indoors!
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am!
• No parties or other people besides guests allowed on the property
