Positive: Great location and great for families. My son really enjoyed the beach. The beach has toys for the kids to build sand castles. Everyone is pleasant and its gated and private so it felt very safe

Negative: None of the TVs worked. The unit had wifi but seems like only in the kitchen. The parking spot is not made for a low car and it scraped a couple of times.

Summary: It was great location and price but def had wifi issues and we had kids with us.
