This newly remodeled tiny cottage is just 435 square feet but within this small footprint holds 10 foot ceilings, full kitchen, a king bed and an amazingly large bathroom with a double walk in shower and 2
person bathtub.
This building was originally built in 1940 and has been used as both commercial and residential throughout the years. We took great care in restoring parts of the house like the original wood floors and mixed old original building materials and styles with modern appliances and comforts of home we have become accustomed to.
Guests can easily and conveniently check themselves in with 4 digit electronic door code.
We are always available by text or Airbnb message. Call of emergency.
Quiet Hours 9pm- 8am
(some units have shared walls, please respect the neighbors.)
Pets are allowed but please be mindful and make sure you agree to our pet rules before requesting to book:
-No pets on beds or ANY furniture.
-No pets allowed to wander off leash AT ALL because they excite neighborhood dogs and we are near a main road (plus guests yelling for their pets to return).
-And obviously but not always followed, pick up after your pets.
-No pets left unattended at house.
These are rules that we have set in place to protect and preserve our belongings, furniture, property and relationship with neighbors. thank you for understanding! :)
Absolutely no smoking inside, tobacco or cannabis. If smoking outside please use your own ashtray and dispose of your butts outside.
