Our unique carriage house is close to one of the largest municipal parks in the state-Rothwell Park. Also only a few minutes drive to Cooper's Oak Winery, The Moberly Aquatic Center, Archery Range, Heritage Hills Golf Course, fishing and boating, miniature railroad, Thomas Hill lake, Moberly Five & Drive in Movie theater, and much more!
The carriage house includes;
Bedroom - Queen bed with luxe bedding and pillows for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen- Spacious chefs kitchen with dinnerware provided. Fully equipped. Table seating for four people.
Bathroom Suite- Walk in spa shower with multiple jets, bidet and complimentary toiletries! Washer and Dryer located in bathroom area.
Outdoor living- Fully furnished balcony deck with table seating. Seating also located below deck near entrance and at the pergola area.
Parking-Free curbside parking or parking located behind carriage house.
Free WiFi with video streaming access on Roku smart TV.

Policies:
Non-smoking unit. No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed inside the carriage house. Designated smoking areas are located below carriage house deck. No burning of incense allowed. (Minimum fee of $500 will be billed to guest for extraction of ANY smoke residue upon checkout if this rule is not strictly followed.)
No groups or parties of any kind are allowed in the carriage house.
No pets allowed without prior approval from host. (Minimum extra fee of $500 to remove pet dander upon checkout if this rule is not followed.)

Note: Your safety matters to us. The Carriage House features outdoor 360° video cameras for everyone's safety, same as all local hotels. No cameras peer into any interior spaces. They are for security and safety of the entire exterior property.
Note: Owners of this VRBO live on site in the main house across from the carriage house. The Carriage House is its own separate unit. Goldendoodle "Cooper" lives on site in main house but will not disturb your peace.
