Moonrise on Mill St.'s charming 1890's Carriage Haus is situated 1/2 block off Broad St. right in downtown.
You'll love the unique charm of this Mid-Century and Bohemian designed home that come together to create a peaceful space to enjoy some time away in the Sierra Foothills hiking or swimming in the Yuba.
Features a comfortable queen-size bed on the top floor with soft linens and plenty of pillows, as well as a spacious living room perfect for lounging and enjoying a book or a movie. Fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There is a queen pull out on the2nd floor (living room).
We are 1 block from the Miner's Foundry and two blocks from the National Hotel/Lola's.
A few things to note:
-In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, we have a pull out memory foamqueen sofa sleeper that is best for 2 kids or 1 adultin the living room
-House does NOT come with a parking spot. Street parking only.
-House has two flights of stairs (see photos). Stais are steep. Bathroom is on the bottom floor and bedroom is on the top floor.
-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a dog when you book with us. No cats, please!
-There is a $30/ night fee for any additional people over 4.
-The back patio is shared with the house in the front of the property
-Please note that this is not a house for loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No loud talking or music outside after 9pm. We have had complaints from our neighbors about previous guest’s noise levels so we like to make sure future guests know this is not a house for partying or spending late nights outside. Please note we have noise decibel monitors around the property.
-We do not allow ANY additional guests beyond the # listed on the reservation for an extended period (beyond an hour). Should you need to have additional people come over for longer, please let me know and we can work out an additional fee. Having additional people coming in and out of our space is wear and tear on the property and additionally, the city short term rental permits do not allow gatherings beyond the # of registered guests. There will be a fine for any unapproved guests.

Note: We have a 3bedroom that sleeps 7 thatis on the same property. Both units are great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!
