While this home is new to this site, it has been rented with all 5 star reviews for the last year on another well known site. You'll enjoy my newly renovated, bright, stylishly furnished home centrally located to explore Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin, Napa. It is located in a diverse older, quiet family neighborhood. Note this is not in San Francisco, which is 16 miles by car. You can drive, take BART light rail or the new Richmond ferry to San Francisco!
Kitchen has new appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,washer/dryer. Full kitchen w/glassware, full kitchen, complementary spices and of course, WIFI, cable TV, full size, new washer/dryer, parking spot in front of garage and easy street parking for larger cars.
This is an urban neighborhood so you're not too far from public transport. You can take an Uber, two miles to the BART train or to the ferry to SF, though to fully explore the east bay, I recommend a car as this house isn't within walking distance to restaurants or grocery stores.
