We have a very safe yard however, we ask our guests to be mindful of any children playing outside to be supervised for safety reasons.
Other things to note
Hot tub cover must remain on at all times when unit not in use.
You must prevent dirt or debris from entering the water in the hot tub.
This will cause the filters to stop working and in term the heater to stop working as well.
If any damage is caused to the hot tub because of users not following these rules the cost of repairs will be charged to the card on file.
If anything in the house breaks, please let us know so it can be replaced. We’ll work with you as long as there’s open communication. We understand accidents happen.
