Summary: At $250 a night, this hotel was too pricey for what it delivered. Check in service was friendly and parking convenient, but the rooms were run down (cheap bedding, damage to doorframes, shower falling out of the wall). Air conditioner so load it woke us up when's it turned on. No soap at the sink to wash your hands. Coffee maker in the closet (why?) with all the items just dumped in a pile next to it. Pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer since I booked the hotel specially because my kid likes to swim. Manager not at all apologetic about the situation. Not what I expect at that price on a weeknight in the off season.
