This condo is in a quiet location within the Abbey Villa complex overlooking a stream. It is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and water sport rentals. This condo has two bedrooms/two bath with queen beds. There is also an elevated framed queen air mattress available upon request. There is large screen HD Smart TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave. Updated full set of cooking and dining utensils. The Patio has a grill, as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This unit is privately owned and not part of The Abbey Resort. Guests are provided with 6 Fontana beach passes and two pool fobs for access during your stay. Linen and Towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided on the shelf in the laundry room. Used beach towels must be laundered by guest prior to check-out. All other linens will be cleaned after your stay by property managements. Starters of TP, paper towels, garbage bags etc are provided upon check in but not necessarily meant to supply you for your entire stay.
