This gated and secure country club community has many clubs and activities to keep you busy all season. Health club, pickleball, tennis, and 27 holes of golf are available. A lovely three mile shaded walking trail is outside your front door. In addition to the country club amenities, the villa is close to many other restaurants, grocery stores, health care, movie theaters, and shopping. One month minimum rental per HOA guidelines.
