Beautifully appointed Villa with modern touches! Fully furnished with 1800 thread count linens, crystal stemware, china dishware, and brand new furniture in every room of the house!
Perfect location in the gorgeous Fulton Ranch development! Close to golf courses, great dining, fun shopping, and lovely walking paths. There is a nice pool and gym available to you. Also, it's located just up the street from Intel.
We are seeking a mature renter with no animals, no large or loud parties, and no drugs or smoking or vaping of any kind in or around the property. This property is also not kid friendly (lots of sharp edges in every room).
We would like to rent for 3-6-month intervals, but are open to a 12-month contract.
