Owners live above and are residents and offer 1 bedroom with 1 bath.NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. . New home built in the Arts and Crafts style,with some furniture in that style. Home is built with ICFs (insulated concrete forms). Living arrangements are on the lower level ( first floor) . Additional areas of interest include, incline, many walking trails around the mountain and in the National Park at Chickamauga (Civil War Battlefield), Ruby Falls ,Incline, Rock City, and the Historical village of St. Elmo. Main bedroom has a queen bed and front reading room has a couch which pulls out and makes a single bed. Parking available on main road or in Driveway. Kitchen with seating for three, full bath room with shower. Deck, Patio, Outside Fireplace ,grill, ev charger, Hot Tub, Sauna, may be shared if other apartment is rented at same time.
