We have a maximum of 5 guests total at all times. This is enforced by the county’s short term rental ordinance. We cannot allow any extra people on the property during your stay. If ordinance is not followed and the city imposes a fine, guest will be responsible for that fine.
Absolutely NO parties or events. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you're looking for a party house, you've come to the wrong place.
NO ANIMALS: Owners have severe allergies. Exterior of property is monitored by cameras that record visual and audio. Violators will be evicted without refund.
No food in the hot tub. If a drain and refill is required, guests will be charged $75.
ALL trash must be removed from the cabin. There are two free Clean Bear dump sites located in Big Bear. $25 fee for each bag of trash left on the property.
NO smoking in the cabin. Please remove all cigarette butts if smoking outside, if they are left, a $25 extra cleaning fee will be added.
No illegal activities.
Snow gear must be left in mud room or handled appropriately as to not wet and stain inside the cabin.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise down after 9 PM.
Please tidy up after yourself. The cleaning fee doesn't cover huge messes or stains.
If anything breaks, let me know right away and I can make arrangements for repair or replacement as we need the cabin stocked well. We understand that accidents happen.
Please wash and put away all dishes before checkout. Possible $50 fee for leaving unwashed dishes.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
BBQ: The BBQ is for use of guests of the cabin and not for inviting others. This would be considered a party. A bottle of propane is provided for your use. You may refill it if necessary and will be reimbursed. It is property of the cabin and must be left behind when you checkout. Should you need more propane, DIY Home Center at 42146 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 is nearby.
PARKING: Space for 2 cars is provided in front of the cabin on the concrete driveway. Short term rental ordinance prohibits street parking, and parking on streets when snow plow service is in effect will result in towing of your vehicle Please only park in the driveway.
Violations may result in fines and/or eviction without refund.
