Summary: I reserved a One King room but upon Check-in I was given a Two Queen room. The lighting was dim - the lamp on the nightstand didn't work, and the overhead light in the bathroom only lit with the noisy fan. The AC was noisy and barely vooled the room. The TV also didn't work do at 11pm when the neighnore were loadly talking I couldn't drown out their noise. At 2am another neighbor let his two dogs out of the room and they barked loudly, the guy then yelled at them. I bet those were "service dogs", wheras I declared my dog and had to pay an extra fee plus a hefty deposit (neither were mentioned on the website or when reserving the room). I got very little sleep; too noisy!!
