Bagdouma Park community pool is only closed due to unforeseen weather conditions or holidays. LASTLY, the DESERT ALWAYS HAS constant WINDY DUST, SO WHEN GUESTS EAT OUTSIDE in patio, you have to eat fast. 4 QUEEN size BEDS & big bedrooms. The family will enjoy easy access to everything from this cozy and inviting house. Dining & easy access to all of Coachella Valley from including Indio Polo Field which is 5 miles away, shop in Palm Springs 25 min away, rest and relax within this quaint, culturally Hispanic family neighborhood, while also being in central Coachella has to offer with the casino, golf courses, the popular Joshua Tree. Near Cabazon outlet and Hospitals and plenty of grocery stores around. Have 3 fruit trees in the backyard, grab any fruit for yourself. The back patio has a huge shaded roof to keep your cool during the summer and also has a front patio for your leisure to relax. Come check out this amazingly warm, updated and quiet home. *Dog is allowed at 1 maximum under 25 lbs. each dog ($40 each stay each dog)! Pool is COMMUNITY POOL ONLY during the SUMMER starting in June- August. Entire space is for guests, EXCEPT garage and storage closet. And we will supply a STARTER supply kit of toilet papers, paper towels, Generic shampoos & conditioners, body wash, etc. If you stay LONGER THAN 4 DAYS, depending on your usage, you might need to buy more. We offer discounted nightly rates as a courtesy against the starter supply we provide. thank you!!We have an interior camera that you can unplug once you arrive, so you have more privacy. We also have Minut- just monitors count of people inside home only if above the registered # guests is different from what is submitted. DOG owners, please clean up their feces on our property outside and inside. We allow dogs on our property and that’s your privilege. We have Cleaners to clean interior only and we request that the dogs NOT go on living room furniture and bed comforters, dog owners can bring their pet covers, thank you!
