Private Lake Michigan beach frontage can be found right in the backyard with no steps to the beach! This beautiful North Shore home is the perfect location for your vacation destination. B-30 Cottage is located in Spring Lake, and is only 5 miles from downtown Grand Haven. The large deck overlooking Lake Michigan will take your breath away, and it is by far one of the best things about the B-30 Cottage. Everyone will enjoy laying in the sun, gathering around the table making memories all while listening to the waves crash along the shore. You can even take a long walk on the beach and enjoy the shoreline. This vacation home is minutes away from all of your favorite "things to do!"
In three spacious bedrooms, this cottage can sleep up to six people. Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, and includes a master bathroom with stand up shower. The other two bedrooms are found on the lower level. One of the bedrooms has a full bed, and the other has two twin beds. You can also find a recently remodeled full bath with stand up shower on the lower level and gas grill on the deck. This property does not have air conditioning. This is a pet friendly home!
Note from Owner: "Welcome to our Grand Haven cottage. It was a dream of mine to be on Lake Michigan and this dream I like to share. It is a great location, quiet street and peaceful great lake. At any time a coast guard helicopter can fly by or a big barge can be coming to port seen in front of our cottage. My dogs loved our cottage and we welcome your dogs for they are part of the family. It does not take long to go to Grand Haven or Spring Lake to great restaurants and if you want to go to Fruitport near the mall our restaurant is there. A little plug. Enjoy the cottage and thanks for renting it."
