NOISE- Our neighborhood is lively, and you may hear dogs barking at times. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend using the fans provided as white noise since the unit there is no air conditioning in the unit.
PETS
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $65 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home.
**Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after booking is confirmed. (Plus Tax) Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 18 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 2 cars
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
