Summary: Planned this trip for my sisters birthday. Used to stay here years ago and loved it. Had no idea it had been sold to a property mgt company. When we arrived had to call a number to check in. Then we we got to our room out smelled of cigarettes. Called asked for another room said they only had a studio. So we stayed where we were. The place was like a bunker.?it was all the way at the end off the property next to private residence. Which was noisy. The place had cob webs in the bathroom. The yard for the dogs hadn’t been swept or cleaned. Very disappointed. The whole time we were there we only saw one other couple. Also we had friends over for dinner one night and only had two forks so we had to use spoons so they could have the forks. Before the units were stocked so nice. Before staff was on site and welcoming and helpful. Not the same at all. Will not be back
