Two bedroom, two bath home on Apache Wells golf course. Mountain views. Recently remodeled Kitchen and Living room area. Open concept. Back of home faces East on hole #11. 20 minutes from PHX International airport. During the Winter season we require a minimum 3 month stay between the dates of Dec1st - March 31st. We are not a management company and we take pride in making sure our home is clean and ready for the next guest.
