One of Folly's Best! Sea 2 is a renovated and comfortably decorated 1 bedroom beachfront condo. Hardwood floors, state of the art oven and cooktop, king bed and tasteful furnishings make this a very elegant beach retreat. This condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex directly on the beach. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. There's no street to cross, no partial views, and a beautiful shared balcony to enjoy the warm sun with all the sights and sounds of Folly Beach. You will also have access to a shared washer/dryer during your vacation too! You can leave your car parked in your designated spot for your entire vacation as everything is within easy walking distance. Beach lovers can enjoy the views of the ocean from the shared balcony of this condo or by crossing the private boardwalk over the dunes and right onto the sand! During the summer you can enjoy the water at one of the only sections of the beach with a lifeguard. Those who like to fish can walk down to the Folly Beach Fishing Pier less than a block away to join other anglers. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors and a grocery store are all nearby. This unit is a great base to explore the beach as well as the Historic City of Charleston. Sea 2 allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire.Folly Beach Suites shares laundry & HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building.
