Shoot a game of pool in the game room or work on your golf game at the custom putting green. 5 bedrooms with plenty of room for larger groups wanting to enjoy all that AZ has to offer. Private backyard with plenty of seating and a private serene ambiance. Sparkling pool that is fenced for child safety and mature landscaping make this backyard a great gathering place.
Conveniently located in North Scottsdale near the top events like Barrett Jackson and Phoenix Open. Only minutes to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter which feature high end shopping and dining. A great location central to all that Scottsdale has to offer.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance
If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management.

Other things to note
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice of intent to heat the pool. A Payment request will be sent after you book.
