Guests can heat pool at their expense. There is a dining table for eight people. There is a gas BBQ and a Treager 1300 smoker available for guests to use. Multiple seating areas include main bedroom two sided fireplace, BBQ island with fireplace, and a fire pit surrounded by sofas and chairs. The patio offers views of the mountains and valley while being shaded by the large architectural roofline and privacy from neighbors with large desert shrubs.
The home is fully stocked with everything a tenant could need: fully equipped kitchen, paper products, toiletries, laundry supplies, linens, and towels. All bedrooms haveTV's with YouTube TV and DVR capability.
