An ideal choice for families, the home comes packed with amenities of its own for all-season fun and comfort. The large, private deck includes a grill and picnic table for summertime cookouts, and the flat yard area is perfect for lawn games like volleyball or badminton. A swing, horseshoes, and a Ping-Pong table are also provided for your entertainment.
Inside, smart TVs come ready to stream all your favorite shows and there is a video library full of family/kid-friendly movies. Younger guests will love the built-in bunk room and all its available games. This property is part of the Blue Lake Springs (BLS) HOA. The BLS rec center and amenities are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fees are currently as follows but are subject to change: $20 daily fee per person or $100 weekly fee per person. Group rates (up to 6 people) are $100 daily/$400 weekly. Guests must present a guest pass that is provided in your unit. Fees apply to all ages two and over. Amenities for the HOA include a shared pool, Fly-In Lake, Blue Lake Springs Lake, and a shared tennis court. There will be a replacement fee of $40 will be assessed for any guest passes that are not returned to the home upon checkout.
The Snow Flake Lodge is open year-round for no additional fee, but you must present your BLS guest pass.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
