This charming country farmhouse is an affordable, pet friendly East Texas gem. Tucked into a pocket of old growth trees with a hay meadow view, this fully restored 1900s home is sure to satisfy. You’ll enjoy a covered wrap-around porch, washer, dryer and WiFi.

We are happy to accommodate special requests for children’s furniture or toys. This fully restored farmhouse has all original wood floors, walls and ceilings. Two spacious bedrooms each boast 2 queen beds for a total of 4 queen beds in the home. The location is rural with easy access to Hwy 7, Lake Nac, Lake Alazan, SFA and local hospitals.
One full bath has a tub, shower, sink and toilet while the half bath has a toilet and sink.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and then set the table for a dining room dinner. We provide an assortment of coffee and tea options and are happy to provide ample groceries, fresh eggs and grass-fed beef and lamb from our farm for an additional cost. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.
We ask for guests to only drive and park in the driveway. Keeping off the yard will help the new seed establish and will encourage new growth for future picnicking.
We want our guests to have full privacy so we will provide accommodations with the intent to not disturb. We can bring more pillows or blankets, toilet paper, paper towels or cleaners. But unless we receive requests from guests we will make a point to give you your privacy and enjoy the wide open space. We do offer light cleanings for long term bookings which allow us to restock supplies every other week with minimal intrusion. We do ask that you let us know when you plan to arrive, when you check-in and when you check-out.
This is a rural country neighborhood. We are all just country folks living in the Pineywoods. We would love for you to come enjoy our quiet, little piece of country. While the home is not equipped with outlet covers, pack n play, crib or children’s books and toys we are happy to deliver such amenities upon request. The front porch does not have a railing as it’s only about 3’ off the ground.
