We have taken our time to update this original A frame to include modern amenities like a brand new central AC unit but also keeping the original cozy vibe! You can hang out in the backyard under the strung market lights and BBQ while playing a game of horseshoes or corn hole in our adorable backyard! Lakefront access, 10min from several hiking trails, 2min from 4x4 off road trails too! 30min from Skiing, tubing, snowboarding in Big Bear. 5min from the village: lots of restaurants and shopping! The Chalet is 12 min from Sky Park- a mountain biking Mecca with over 17 trails for all levels of riders and SO many options of things to do with kids.
The space:
This 3 level home sleeps 8 and perfect for multiple families.
*Downstairs bedroom and bath with a bunk bed (full bottom/twin over top) as well as a desk/chair working space as well as an open sitting area.
*Main floor has a deluxe queen bed with an adjacent bath
*Upstairs loft area with two deluxe queens and a cozy kids twin nook.
*Mud room with workout equipment and a great space for mountain/road bikes to store safely indoors while still out of the way of your living areas.
Plenty of room and fun for everyone!
Adorable upgraded kitchen, coffee & tea bar fully stocked, dining nook with room for 8, sofa big enough for everyone to curl up, fireplace, cozy blankets throughout, 55" TV with streaming services, high speed wifi, piano, BBQ and dining set on the patio and ALL the puzzles, weights (5, 10, 12lb), exercise bands, jump rope, pickle ball equipment & games your get-a-way heart desires. If it's apple season please and pick some apples from our VERY old apple tree on property- enjoy!

*Once reservation has been confirmed I will provide you a secure key code for entry as well as all details you will need including area suggestions for fun, play and dining during your stay.
*There is one closet that we keep locked with extra supplies. You will have access to some basic cleaning supplies should you need them, extra towels & pillows as well as the nest thermostat heater.
*We provide duraflame logs for your stay- please don't use any outside wood or kindling
*I am available 24/7 for any need you might have during your stay (love to give local activity suggestions & recommendations) oh and please let me know if you're celebrating anything special!

Other things to note:
DOGS: We are animal lovers and do allow up to two dogs with a pet fee: $100 per trip (not per dog- one flat fee). Pet waste pickup tools and disinfectant are located outside to the left of side yard door and a hose are located at back of the house. All pet waste must be disposed of in trash cans located by yard OR an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged. We have doggie treats, food/water bowl & poop bags.
SECURITY CAMERAS: we do have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of the house-designed to maintain your privacy while enjoying our home. Located downstairs door as well as the patio door. Used to ensure we don't go over capacity on occupants.
PARKING: max of 4 cars on property; in level concrete driveway.
STRICT NO SMOKING on property policy $750 cleaning fee if violated.
NO PARTIES but we want you to have fun and enjoy our home as much as others and we do!!
Please note- if you do bring extra pets and/or extra people (over 8) we will see from the cameras and expect compensation. We allow dogs so please don't hide them- you will be charged an additional $150 pet fee for any animal not disclosed and $100 per person per night over what our 8 person max permit allows. We don't want to loose our permit- so please respect our rules.
