This beautiful ranch style townhouse is the perfect home base for your stay in Mesa. Close to the 202 and the 60 to easily get around the area. This is a whole house rental with all accessible to you.
The association has a wonderful pool and spa area to include a kiddie pool that is right across the street from the unit. There is also racketball and a large park which is great to walk the dog. There is a playground and picnicking area as well. Please note: The community pool and spa are under renovations until 5.1.23.
The well appointed three bedrooms are all unique with queen beds in two of the rooms and a king in the master. The master and bedroom 2 at the end of the hall both have Zinus Green Tea infused memory foam mattresses with cool gel technology. Medium firmness and a extremely comfortable and popular mattress. The third room has a pillowtop Queen that is also very comfortable. New use cotton sheets, fluffy duvets, and plenty of pillows for every bed. Your comfort is important to us.
You will LOVE the reclining sofa in the living room facing a 65 inch Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. There are TVs wall mounted in two of the bedrooms as well. (ROKU’s on all TVs) WIFI throughout.
There is a small private brick patio in the front of the home that is completely enclosed. (Small dog approved!) There’s a small propane BBQ and seating for your use. This space is a great place to retreat to and enjoy the Arizona weather.
Please note: If you are requesting group of more than 6, 2 must include children under 18. We have a twin folding mattress as well as an airbed upon request. Additional fee may apply depending on size of group.
Dogs are welcome up to 2 but with prior approval only. A small deposit may apply depending on your host reviews on the platform. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.
