Come enjoy this professionally cleaned, lovely and very large home with a hot tub and pool. Its in a very quiet, safe area, at the end of a cul de sac. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have queen size beds, the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. Induction cook top, 50 inch Smart TV, Nest Thermostat to keep the temperature just right.
Parking: Garage parking available.
- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.
-POOL CANNOT BE HEATED
-Early check-in fee $75, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
Note: There is a national pool chemical shortage but we are maintaining the pool the best we can.
Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.

Please be reminded that we have our pool on scheduled maintenance for upkeep and to ensure its availability. The schedule is every Monday unless re-scheduled otherwise.
Adverse weather conditions such as high winds and rain may cause the pool to become dirty sometimes. The Guest understands and agrees to care for the pool between times when the pool is professionally cleaned.
-Pool cleaning equipment is provided for the Guest's use during the term of the Guest's stay. The Guest understands and agrees to care for the pool between times when the pool is professionally cleaned. At any time, if it is determined that the Guest has removed the pool cleaning equipment, tampered with the pool equipment in an unauthorized manner, or neglected to care for the pool as instructed the Guest will be required to pay any and all associated consequential damages.
Also, the landscapers and pool maintenance guys have our permission to enter our yards and maintain our home.
All small kids MUST be accompanied at all times by adults in the backyard because of the pool.
No heating the pool- and it will be $100/day if done
-Early check-in fee $75, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $75 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
- A $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only.
This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.
As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.
-Quiet hours: 9pm-7am
-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
-$1000 FEE FOR NOISE DISTURBANCE PAST 9PM.
-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

Please park at the garage-2 cars. Please do not block neighbors' street parking, If you have more than 2 cars-please park down the street
REMINDER:
Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guests immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guests needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
